About Empwr Health

Empwr Health was founded by a husband and wife duo, both Doctor's of Physical therapy, whose passions include watching individuals achieve goals that once seemed impossible, being able to live pain free, and empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Empwr Health came about after frequent frustration with the current physical therapy model. Their patients weren't getting better and struggled to feel completely pain free. After taking a step back and realizing the importance of joint positioning, it didn't matter how strong the muscles were.

"If the cue ball isn't properly lined up with the eight ball, it doesn't matter how hard you hit it...it's not going to go in"

We believe that by providing the correct tools to line up your joints, it will allow your muscles to perform at their highest capacity without break down. This can be as simple a task as sitting next at your work desk or running a marathon. We have created specific products and programs to help you achieve proper alignment and enhance your own movement patterns.

We have performed extensive research to provide you with the best evidence based content and quality products to improve your own movement patterns. All of our products are made with recyclable materials and 1% of all sales will be donated to local communities in need to advance kids sports programs.
