About Empwr Health

Empwr Health is comprised of a team of Doctor's of Physical therapy whose passions include watching individuals achieve goals that once seemed impossible, being able to move pain free, and empowering people to take control of their health.

Empwr Health was started by two physical therapists who expressed frequent frustration with the current PT model. They noticed their patients weren't getting better quickly and struggled to feel completely pain free. After taking a step back and realizing the importance of joint positioning, it didn't matter how strong the muscles were.

"If the cue ball isn't properly lined up with the eight ball, it doesn't matter how hard you hit it...it's not going to go in"

We believe that by providing the correct tools to line up your joints, it will allow your muscles to perform at their highest capacity without break down. We have created specific products to help you achieve proper alignment and specific exercise programs to perform in order to enhance your own movement patterns.

We have performed extensive research to provide you with the best evidence based content and quality products to improve your own movement patterns. All of our products are made with recyclable materials and 1% of all sales will be donated to local communities in need to advance kids sports programs.
